The location and beautiful historic property. Perfectly located to explore the walled, old part of Cartagena, which has by far the most things to see. It feels like home. A great place to return to after exploring the city, which can be hot.

Nice hotel. Very expensive.
Nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Well located. Nice terraces. Nice see view. Nice town view.
The room was located next to very noisy ventilators of the hotel (massive outside ventilators).

Well located and pretty hotel with nice staff.
The hotel is beautiful and well located. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Nice toiletries. The terrace on the plaza is very nice and lively and the terrace on the rooftop has an amazing view. Although it’s a big hotel it doesn’t feel crowded.
The rooms in the colonial building smelled of mold and the air conditioning was quite loud. I wouldn’t stay in one of those rooms again although very pretty. The gym smelled of sweat and d therefore we decided not to use it. It needs better natural ventilation (because it has a/c) and someone from the staff that really cares about it.
